This mish-mash of random "facts" was clearly never subjected to any sort of fact checking or copyediting.Not only is it riddled with typos, but the author appears to have made up information. For example, in the list of Lead Singers, he lists Sid Vicious as the lead singer for the Sex Pistols. This would certainly be news to John Lydon, aka Johnny Rotten; Sid never sang a word until after the Pistols broke up. The last thing you want as a potential contest is to be confident about information that's actually wrong. You'll be better off buying a reliable almanac instead of this garbage.Product details

Fantastic 'Pavlovian' study guide; use it in conjunction with the jeopardytrivia.com website to expand and solidify your contestant knowledge base; very comprehensive list of over 13k entries in 50 categories is phenomenal! I have hundreds of post-it notes and ragged notebooks filled with this information in a hopeless jumble, but this book neatly brings it all together and 'flashcard' style learning format links critical knowledge of the core subjects and recurring material. E.g.; 'drooling canine' -> Pavlovian...geneticist studies peas = Gregor Mendel; he painted Mona Lisa = daVinci... this president was a bachelor = Buchanan... these presidents are found on a rock in South Dakota...you know who! Get it, read it, read it again, and again, and again... be a Champion!
